• Strong Experience in Kernel upgrade, Installing add-ons, Applying support packages and patches. Worked extensively on SPAM/SAINT.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of BASIS Administration including Installation /Post Installation, Client Copy, System Copy/Refresh, Spool Administration, RFC Connections, Scheduling and Monitoring background jobs, System Maintenance and Tuning.
• Well Versed is OS/DB Migrations.
• Experienced in Change Request Management (ChaRM) in Solution Manager.
• Well experienced in Transport Management System and Transport Organizer. Experience in releasing releasing/importing of transports between different environments and production system.
• Extensive experience in User Management, Authorizations, Role Management, Profile Generator (PFCG) and Central User Administration (CUA).
• Experience in Portal and JAVA administration, Configuring J2EE Engine, Configuring SLD, Installing support packages using JSPM, Implementing Single Sign-On, and Experience in NWA, Portal Security (User Management Tool), ConfigTool, J2EE Visual Administrator.
• Well versed in Analyzing and Troubleshooting Portal Performance, Load Balancing and Java Garbage Collection and Java Thread Dump Analysis.
